Me and My Thoughts.

First Blog Post Ever

If you're reading this, you've somehow found me. I have done zero marketing for me and my website.

What up?

I don't consider myself a writer or an AI guru. I'm just a guy that decided I want to do this and try it out. I always thought it would be cool to have a website. I did it! My very own piece of digital real estate. That's so 2000 late. Is it? I've lived long enough to experience a loop in the matrix. Recently, walking through Wal-Mart, I noticed a feature display of disposable film cameras. The kind you spin the wheel in the top corner to get the next frame of film ready to expose to light. I stood there, staring at it, stunned. "Take a quick photo!" or something along those lines to really get you thinking and buy it. Um. smartphones? You can't get any quicker than that, right? I imagine this trend will be short lived as soon as the younger generation figures out you have to take the film somewhere to be developed. My point: they're still making these cameras and people are still buying them, whether it be the new cool thing or to have that nostalgic feeling. You keep doing what you do and you'll be relevant; now or eventually.

Am I looking for relevance? I don't necessarily care how relevant I am to the world. My time sharing everything on social media was very brief. I definitely don't want to be a head talking to you on Tik-Tok about the next big whatever or share every detail of my life.. Plenty of that out there. While I have learned a few things from some of those talking heads, you eventually learn its all for clicks and views. I just don't want to participate in that form of media for several reasons. I'll save that for my "why I should run the world" post, lol, I'm not hating. Be successful however you want to do it. I could easily jump on for the ride but I don't feel it in my heart to do it that way, I would not be me if I did it that way. So, here I am. Going the route of the disposable film camera. Sharing my QR code on a flyer that's been posted in a local library or church bulletin board to teach the basics of ChatGPT. Why? Because I do truly enjoy sharing things of value with others and getting someone motivated to discover and feel the joy I've experience. And, I don't mind to do it old school. While it may not be the most relevant way to do it, it's authentic and that's what I want to be as I get older.

Making money is great, obviously, but as I age, my values are changing. Being a apart of something bigger and truly connecting with people is what I now value over money. I have a family and need to provide and will continue to do that, but it has to be done doing something I enjoy. Here, you will read about stuff like that, my discoveries and personal uses with AI tools. I hope to help you make those discoveries, learn with/from you and make a connection with you along the way.
