I am a hands-on leader who works side by side with my team. I started as a part-time stockman at Hobby Lobby and moved into senior management within five years. Along the way, I have led large teams, solved problems under pressure, and built a reputation for calm, clear communication. I combine 10+ years of retail leadership with practical knowledge of AI tools. I have used AI to design scheduling apps, build spreadsheets, and create digital products. My approach is simple: use technology and teamwork to solve problems faster, work smarter, and keep people first.

Key Achievements:

Lead daily store operations for a 40 person team including hiring, scheduling, payroll tracking, merchandising, and project planning.
Built and introduced an AI-assisted scheduling and shift-swap app that simplified weekly planning and improved team flexibility.
Created custom spreadsheets with AI to track payroll, map store layouts, and improve task communication.
Launched and managed two new retail locations and oversaw a full store relocation, ensuring smooth operations and successful openings.
Mentor and coach employees through clear, step-by-step guidance, conflict resolution, and constructive feedback that strengthens morale and performance.

Security Forces

USAF (DAV)

Served as an armed security professional assigned to the Weapon Storage Area (WSA) at Barksdale Air Force Base. Held PRP (personnel reliability program) clearance and was entrusted with safeguarding Protection Level 1 resources requiring the highest level of reliability, integrity, and mission readiness.

Key Achievements:

Protected the Weapon Storage Area at Barksdale AFB, a high-security nuclear weapons site.
Held PRP clearance and maintained strict standards of reliability and readiness.
Secured one of the most sensitive areas of the installation, maintaining 24/7 readiness to protect nuclear weapons and strategic resources.
Conducted perimeter security, controlled access to restricted zones, and responded to incidents with discipline and precision.
Completed high-stakes training exercises and maintained advanced weapons qualifications.
